In NC Environmental, drive and operate heavy commercial trucks, including dump, tanker, lowboy, and roll-off trailers and dump, van, roll-off, and vacuum straight trucks.  Experience with heavy equipment operating track/back hoe, excavator, and loader is a plus but not required.  In FL Industrial, drive and operate  heavy commercial trucks, including dump and roll-off trailers and roll-off and airmover straight trucks.  Experience with hydro/high pressure water blasting, industrial vacuuming, etc… is a plus.

This position will be responsible for operating heavy equipment utilized in grading and excavating projects, including track hoe, back hoe, excavator, front end loader, skid steer, compactor, etc…  along with requiring familiarity in erosion control, public utilities, and excavating techniques, including tank removal, utilizing blue print reading and shooting grade.

The position will assist lead mechanic in performing routine commercial truck tire services/repairs, preventative maintenance, repairs on heavy equipment and commercial trucks.

Position requires ability to work general labor duties associated with cleaning process equipment and vessels within various manufacturing, storage and other industry settings. Experience with hydro and dry ice blasting, tank, line, sump and pit cleaning, wet/dry vacuum services, facility decontamination and confined space entry is preferred in the type of work activities to be performed.
